You will design and ship AI capabilities across discovery, customer support, operations and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguous product problems into reliable experiences.
What you’ll do
- ✦Build and evaluate retrieval, recommendation and conversational systems.
- ✦Create production-ready data and model pipelines with clear quality metrics.
- ✦Partner with product and engineering to turn customer and operator needs into useful AI features.
- ✦Monitor model quality, latency, cost and safety after launch.
What you bring
- ✦Strong Python programming and experience with modern ML or LLM tooling.
- ✦Experience taking models or AI features from prototype to production.
- ✦Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, evaluation and experimentation.
- ✦Clear communication and a practical, product-minded approach.
Nice to have
- ✦Experience with recommendations, search, geospatial data or marketplace systems.
- ✦Experience with prompt evaluation, RAG or fine-tuning.
