Delivery Partner Terms of Use

These terms govern the relationship between Local Street and delivery partners who provide delivery services through the Local Street platform.
Delivery services
Delivery partners must follow assigned delivery instructions, applicable laws, safety requirements and Local Street operating policies. Partners are responsible for accurate information and professional conduct.
Prohibited goods
The pick-and-drop service must not be used for illegal drugs, tobacco or alcohol, hazardous materials, currency, valuable or fragile goods, prescription medicines unless authorised, or anything prohibited by law.
Responsibility and liability
Local Street may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misuse, unsafe conduct, policy violations or transportation of prohibited goods. The courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
