As AI Officer, you will connect business priorities with an effective AI roadmap. You will identify high-value use cases, establish responsible adoption practices and help teams move from experiments to measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
- ✦Own the AI opportunity roadmap across customer, vendor and operations workflows.
- ✦Lead discovery, prototyping and measurement for new AI initiatives.
- ✦Define practical standards for privacy, safety, human review and responsible use.
- ✦Enable teams through playbooks, training and lightweight internal tools.
What you bring
- ✦Experience leading AI, automation or data-led transformation projects.
- ✦Strong understanding of applied AI capabilities and limitations.
- ✦Ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical teams.
- ✦Excellent writing, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- ✦Experience in a marketplace, logistics, retail or consumer technology business.
- ✦Experience setting up AI governance or model evaluation processes.
